Refund Policy

Because our watches are made to order, all sales are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: 

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the defect or damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper handling

Returns are not accepted without prior approval. All refund or warranty inquires must be submitted by contacting our support team.

Shipping & Processing Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival.

Order Cancellations

Order may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
